Property Purchase and Sale Management
This is the firm’s primary and essential activity.
We offer a comprehensive service to implement and successfully complete the purchase or sale of a property by a foreign citizen or non-resident.
You will be advised on your purchase or sale and professionally guided through this process by a lawyer and/or chartered accountant (economist). At the Notary Office, you will be assigned a certified translator to clarify and facilitate your understanding of the process.

Our clients invariably subscribe to our “iguala” , that is to say “an annual retainer fee” or Spanish tax agreement to ensure they comply with their tax obligations in Spain and to have the peace of mind that every taxpayer should enjoy in a foreign country. It is a contract for the provision of professional tax advisory services with our clients that is automatically renewed year after year until both parties so agree.
A very small annual fee is paid, facilitating the client’s access to any of the firm’s professionals for primarily tax matters. Whether the client is a resident or non-resident in Spain, the relevant Income Tax Return is filed on their behalf.
SERVICE
Last Wills and Testaments and Inheritance
Bilingual Last Wills and Testaments are prepared, and the client is accompanied to the notary’s office to sign them. It is very important that the client is informed about the convenience of having a Last Will and Testament in Spain if they own any assets in this country. The client is offered legal advice on the best way to “prepare” their inheritance while minimizing inheritance death duties and other taxes.
The fee for executing a Last Will and Testament is also fixed and moderate. This flat rate fee includes all professional fees, notary fees, and copies of the Last Will.
SERVICE
TRANSLATIONS AND OTHER SERVICES
The firm provides both written and oral translation services. The entire staff is fully bilingual, and translations are provided in English and Finnish.
Special mention should be made of the officially certified translations into English of all types of legal and scientific texts carried out by one of the firm’s founding partners, who is expressly appointed and authorized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The firm offers other services with external advisors (barristers, economists, social science graduates, architects, civil engineers, etc.) for any other matter including litigation assistance (civil and criminal), legal defense, business consulting and accounting, labour law, etc.
